She shoulders the responsibility for reporting of haematology, biochemistry, surgical pathology specimens and molecular biology. In addition, she supervises the quality assurance practices in all sections of the laboratory in which she believes that its an ongoing process and one learns everday. She is the chairman of hospital infection committee which ensures all precautionary and remedial measures at in place for any kind of nosocomial infection and also the member of the Tumor board of the hospital which takes a multidisciplinary approach in planning the treatment and finest care for our cancer patients.
