We have a special expertise in Gastrointestinal cancers including Esophageal, stomach, Pancreatic, Gall bladder, Common bile ducts, Rectal and Intestinal cancers. We have dedicated Oncology department for various renal and genitourinary tract cancers, Cancers of female reproductive organs – Cervical cancer, Uterine and Ovarian cancers as well.
Our GIT cancers treatment include treatment for Esophageal (food pipe) and stomach cancers, Hepatic Cellular carcinoma (HCC), Gall bladder cancers, Cholangiocarcinoma (Biliary system -Bile ducts cancer), Pancreatic cancers, large and small intestines carcinoma including anal and Rectosigmoid tumors. Treatment is based on staging and metastasis of the disease with surgical and chemotherapy approach.
Treatment for Uterine, Ovarian and Cervical cancer with surgery and chemotherapy is routinely performed at KSSH. Lung tumors are mostly metastatic from other organs and present as secondary metastasis. Although cancer treatment is quite possible, many patients have advancement of the disease.
