Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a neurosurgeon at KANISHK Surgical and Super Specialty Hospital, located in Dehradun. In this role, the Neurosurgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries related to neurological and spinal conditions, diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include participating in consultations, preparing treatment plans, and engaging in the hospital’s educational activities such as seminars or workshops.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Neurosurgery, including the ability to perform precise and complex surgical procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Neurology and Medicine to effectively diagnose and treat neurological conditions.
• Specialized experience in Spine and Spine Surgery, with demonstrable practical skill and training.
• Possession of a medical degree (M.Ch/DrNB) and completed specialization in Neurosurgery (MCh or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a commitment to patient care excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse medical teams and support staff.
• A track record of active participation in academic or research initiatives is an added advantage.
