Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and patient information.
- Stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and best practices in pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D) degree.
- Valid Uttrakhand Registration.
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of drug interactions and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
