We are Hiring for the Quality Manager Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Healthcare / Hospital Administration / Quality Management
  • Certified in NABH or QCI Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor / Six Sigma / ISO 9001 preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital quality management and accreditation processes

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Accreditation and Policy Management

  • Formulate, update, and implement all NABH policies and related hospital quality manuals.
  • Prepare, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per accreditation guidelines.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI, Nursing Excellence, and QCI accreditation requirements.
  • Plan and oversee the accreditation cycle, including documentation, internal assessments, and external audits.
  • Develop and review quality policies, process flow charts, and department manuals.

2. Quality Monitoring and Audits

  • Conduct regular quality rounds across the hospital and prepare detailed observation reports.
  • Ensure all quality standards and checkpoints are implemented and followed by the respective departments.
  • Conduct internal audits and medical audits periodically and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain and analyze Quality Indicators, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and patient safety data.
  • Facilitate external audits (NABH/NABL/QCI/Nursing Excellence) and ensure readiness for surveillance visits.
  • Ensure periodic review of all department-level quality documents and forms.

Training and Capacity Building

  • Identify training needs and ensure regular training sessions for all levels of staff on quality and safety topics.
  • Organize orientation, refresher, and accreditation-focused training (NABH/NABL/JCI/QCI/Nursing Excellence).
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety awareness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all quality and safety trainings.

. Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly quality rounds and share the compliance reports with management.
  • Conduct both internal and external audits related to all accreditation programs.
  • Support departments in achieving and maintaining Nursing Excellence and QCI accreditations.
  • Perform any other responsibilities or special assignments as directed by management.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and hospital information systems (HIS)
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate improvement projects effectivel
