Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Explain services and generate interest.
• Maintain call records and follow up with leads.
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
• 1 year experience required in customer service
• Day shift
